Anyway, this idea was rejected because they said “kids just don’t buy ice cream” which is true but doesn’t mean anything unless more research has been done on this topic! And how could we find out more about it anyway? By asking kids themselves!

Customer service is the most important part of any business.

The best customer service is the invisible kind because you don’t even notice it’s there. You know, like when you go to a restaurant and they bring you delicious food and never interrupt your conversation with your friends or family? That’s excellent customer service!

Customer service should be a combination of good products and good service. If your customers have questions about the product itself (like which color looks best), then you can direct them to an article on your website that explains everything perfectly. 

If they need help finding their way around the site or making an order from home, then provide them with helpful links and phone numbers so that everything goes smoothly every time they visit (and also make sure to create a FAQ page).

Instead of putting up an image of yourself sitting in front of some fancy office desk with a bunch of paperwork all over it (which is not even realistic), just post some inspirational quotes or something fun every once in a while. 

This will show off your personality while also getting people interested and excited about what your company has got going on behind the scenes!

8. Diversify And Conquer Other Markets With Your Existing Product Or Service

Diversify your product or service. There are many ways to do this, but here are a few examples:

Stop selling the same thing over and over again. Instead, try selling different versions of what you already offer (like just about any coffee shop does). For example, an independent coffee shop could sell lattes and cappuccinos in addition to their normal cup of joe.

They won’t come back again for future projects if things go wrong with this one since there are plenty of other freelancers out there who offer similar services!
