Not Knowing Who To Contact For An Honest Review

To get the most accurate and honest review of your product (or service), you must know who to contact. In most cases, the best place to start is with the product owner. 

If they’re not a part of your team but have some influence over it, try reaching out directly through email or social media that way they know who’s asking for their feedback.

If you don’t have access to the product owner, try contacting their customer support team instead (if one exists) as these individuals will be able to provide valuable insight into how customers are using and finding value from your product or service.
