The truth is that if someone doesn’t believe what’s written about them (or their property), then they won’t be able to sell it for top dollar; they’ll just end up passing on the opportunity because they don’t feel comfortable making a big investment into something that might turn out not being worth anything either way (and no one wants their hard-earned money wasted).
