Perhaps when you were in your last job as a medical office manager and made the decision to leave, the employer was aware of this and didn’t want to risk hiring someone they couldn’t keep. 

Maybe they felt that since you were leaving anyway, they’d save themselves some headaches by waiting until someone “more committed” came along. 

On the other hand, maybe there’s no problem with your resume at all; you simply need to find another way to get noticed by prospective employers.

There are several things you can do to increase your chances of being called back for an interview:

Research And Study

To find the perfect job, you need to know what your dream job is.

The first step is to research and study. Look at job descriptions and postings; search for jobs on sites like Monster, Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn’s Jobs section (a great way to find out what other people in your industry are getting paid). 

If you have friends with great jobs that they love, ask them how they got there! You can also do a little spying by looking at their parents’ friends or friends’ parents what kind of work did they do? Were their careers similar to yours?

Build Relationships

You’re going to have to put yourself out there if you want to land the job of your dreams. That means cultivating relationships with people in the medical field, both those who are already working as medical office managers and those who aren’t.

This might mean attending a few events like regional or national conferences for your industry, but it also means getting out of your comfort zone and meeting new people at fundraisers, sporting events, etc., too! 

And if you’re interested in networking opportunities outside of healthcare specifically? There’s a lot more where that came from there are tons of events hosted by local businesses, charities, and non-profits that could prove beneficial to your career. 

Many employers (including ours) even offer scholarships and internships for people looking to get their feet wet in an industry without necessarily having prior experience within it yet.

Once you’ve built up these relationships with others who work closely with health care providers like dentists, eye doctors, or chiropractors…it will be much easier for them when it comes time for to ask recommendations about whom they should hire as their next manager!

Keep Your Eyes Open

Once you’ve landed your job, it’s important to keep your eyes open for opportunities. You never know what could be around the corner! Pay attention to what is going on around you and make sure that when an opportunity comes up, you are open to new ideas. 

Don’t be afraid to ask questions or look for feedback from other coworkers to improve yourself or your work environment.

Volunteering is a great way to meet people and gain experience in the medical field. You can volunteer at your local hospital, or even an animal shelter or nursing home.

Once you have determined which firms might be good matches for your career goals and interests, it’s time for some research! Look at each firm’s website carefully and pay attention not just to their client list but also to how they describe themselves. 

What kind of experience do they have? How do they view their clients? What can clients expect from them? 

Also take note of their office location(s), size of staff, and other details about them that will help narrow down which ones might be right for you based on what information was most important when making this decision originally (e.g., if budgeting isn’t really important then going national probably doesn’t matter).

As soon as possible after making contact with potential candidates via email/phone call/etc., schedule an interview.

So both parties can meet face-to-face before deciding whether or not working together would be worthwhile and if so how exactly would this relationship take shape over time once initial introductions have been made successfully between everyone involved.”
