For example: if someone says that you are an excellent team player, but then, later on, describes how easily distracted and disruptive working with you can be it might be wise for me to consider whether these two things could be related. 

If I’m constantly distracted by my phone while working on group projects or meetings (and everyone tells me this), maybe I should reflect on whether there’s some underlying issue here that needs attention!

If you’ve ever been lucky enough to work for a boss who was both a good leader, mentor, and manager (and even teacher), describe that person.

What did they do that made them such an effective leader? How did they inspire the team around them? And how did their approach impact the company’s success?

How did I handle it? I worked with my supervisor and my peers on how we were going to move forward with this decision. I also consulted relevant documentation that was available for me within our department (i.e. policies and procedures manuals). 

We decided that the best course of action would be for me to contact the customers directly so we could get their feedback on their experience with us thus far and if their experience had been positive or negative as well as what could be done better moving forward so both parties could benefit from working together again in the future. What was the outcome? 

We learned some valuable things about our business practices through this process: namely, how sometimes things can go wrong despite everyone’s best efforts; but we also learned how important customer service is! 

In addition, by being proactive instead of reactive in dealing with these issues immediately rather than waiting until after-the-fact (like they usually do), employees felt empowered by knowing they could make decisions like these on their own without having someone else tell them what needs fixing first before anything else happens next time around.”

How did you identify the problem in the first place? This shows me that although you may be new at this company, you’re not afraid to ask questions when necessary-not just for yourself, but for everyone else involved too! That’s very admirable indeed!
