PollDaddy. An easy tool for creating polls based on specific questions that each participant answers independently it provides real-time updates on votes as new responses come in. 

You can also use it to create forms where participants need additional information beyond just their name and email address.

Typeform. A tool similar to SurveyMonkey but better suited for creating longer forms/surveys because they have some cool features like “smart fields” which allow users to answer based on previous answers given in other sections of your form (like how many kids do I have? 

If I said 4 before then this next question asks me how old those kids are).

But adds additional value on top of that by providing research, statistics, and other relevant data in order to prove its point even further than before.
