- Use keywords but don’t overdo it! If you go overboard, Google will see this as spamming and punish you with lower rankings in their results. This can be very damaging because no one will find your website if it’s not visible in the results.
- Optimize meta tags like title, description, and keywords (h1 tags). They’re important for SEO purposes but also for making sure that your site is easy to read by humans too!
- Alt tags are used by screen readers that help blind people navigate websites through descriptions of pictures/images instead of just seeing them blindly on the page.
