This is especially true if you’re looking to build a business empire or become the next Steve Jobs (leather jacket not included). 

The only issue is that when you look at the market for freelance labor, most freelancers are good at one thing. You can’t find anything else there. 

That’s why I’ve spent the last few years of my life building an army of virtual assistants to do every single task imaginable at prices any person with a job can afford. 

Here are my best pieces of advice for how to get started outsourcing your job:

It has been said that writers often have a hard time writing novels, because they don’t know where to start.

It is for this reason that many people end up putting off their novels until the end of their lives–or never starting them at all. But what if you could outsource your job as a writer?

What if instead of having to sit down at your desk every day and write with pen and paper or type away on a keyboard (which is so tedious), you could simply turn on your computer and get right into writing mode?

If you want to hire someone on TaskRabbit to pick up your laundry and deliver your lunch, that’s totally legal! It’s also worth noting that this service is free you won’t have to pay any overhead costs or commission fees (unless the worker charges them).

If you’re interested in using this platform for yourself (as opposed to hiring someone else), there are some things about TaskRabbit that may interest you:

It’s important to note that, while Fiverr offers hundreds of different things from web design and coding to voiceovers and SEO services. 

It’s not the place where you should go if you want anything more complicated than a basic logo or any kind of content marketing strategy. 

The service was designed with freelancers in mind—people who need money fast and don’t have time to bid on the project after project on Upwork or Guru. 

It provides an easy way for clients who need something specific done quickly (such as having their logo designed) and is willing to pay someone at least minimum wage (usually more).

One thing I like about Fiverr is that the site has a list of recommended designers based on your budget level so you can make sure they won’t scam you by charging more than what they promised before they start working on your project! 

That said: If possible try talking directly with them first before going through Fiverr so there aren’t any surprises down the road!

You can also pay people on Gigwalk to take pictures of your business and upload them to Yelp. If you’re hoping for more reviews, this is a great way to get them. 

And you won’t have to worry about the quality of the photos or if they’re up-to-date or anything like that it’s all done by gig workers who are paid per photo taken, so they’ll make sure everything looks good.

Another possibility is using Gigwalk as a virtual assistant service: having someone else do research for you, write emails, etc., all while sitting in their own home office! 

If you want to be able to focus on your work without worrying about taking care of every little detail yourself (and who doesn’t?), then hiring an assistant through Gigwalk might be a good option for you!

#7 – Pay Someone On Craigslist To Screen Long Distance Phone Calls You Get From Strangers

Call scammers can be tricky, but it’s not impossible to outsmart them.

Here are some tips:

Avoid scams by asking yourself a few simple questions before giving out any personal information over the phone.

Don’t give out your credit card number or social security number  EVER. 

You also shouldn’t give out your bank account number or birth date, even if you know you’re talking to someone who works for Bank of America and asks for it because their system crashed and they need to verify some data points before letting you know that yes. 

Actually everything is fine now and there’s no reason for concern! 

And don’t even think about giving out your mother’s maiden name unless she was born in pre-revolutionary France (and even then maybe not).

#8 – Pay Someone Else’s Kid $5/Hr To Clean Your House Every Week

First and foremost, you’re going to have to find a kid. You can’t just pick any kid from the street it has to be someone you know. 

This is where I’ll tell you an important lesson: If you don’t know how to find someone who’s willing and able, then outsourcing this task isn’t for you.

Once you’ve found your child laborer, it’s time to begin paying them! You may be tempted at first to give them $5/hour as soon as they show up on your doorstep with their little rags in hand and their hearts full of hope; 

However, there are a few things that need to happen before that happens. 

First of all, if anyone knows anything about kids (and if they don’t then kindly refer back up), it’s that they’re terrible workers unless motivated properly.

For my new hireling not only do good work but also continue doing good work overtime without getting bored or losing sight of what we’re trying to accomplish here (which is cleaning my house).

There are plenty of companies that will ship packages for you, but they charge a fee and take away some of the savings from using Amazon FBA in the first place! Why not outsource this work and use TaskRabbit?

The best part is that it’s free! That’s right: no charge at all! You can also negotiate different rates depending on how much volume you put through them each month or year. 

But even if you just want someone who can just buy something off Amazon prime and send it on its merry way without any additional markup whatsoever TaskRabbit will do that for free as well!

#11 – Get A Kid From The Neighborhood To Walk Your Dog Every Day

If your dog is a big fan of kids, you can make it so that your furry friend gets walked every day by an eager neighborhood kid. 

Since the kid will be walking a dog and not doing anything else, they’ll likely want to be paid for their time. 

You could offer them $5 per hour or even $10 per hour, but if you’re feeling generous and want to help out someone from the neighborhood, go all out with $15 or more per hour!

You may have heard about people who pay their babysitters more than minimum wage because they don’t know what else to do with themselves while their kids are sleeping this phenomenon could also apply here. 

If you embrace this idea wholeheartedly and decide that every day should be a “take-your-dog-for-a walk” day (which is kind of already is). 

Then go ahead and pay as much as possible for someone else’s services until one day when they’re old enough where they can take care of themselves without any outside help at all!

#12 – Hire A VA Over At Online Jobs

Hiring a Virtual Assistant is one of the best ways to get stuff done when you’re not available.

The good news is: it doesn’t cost very much! You can hire an “Offshore” VA for as little as $5/hour. That’s right! You read that right.. $5/hour.

If you want to go with someone local, they’ll charge more but still reasonable at $15-$20/hr., which can be worth it in some cases (especially if they’re reliable and good at their job). 

But if your main concern is getting things done fast with minimal overhead costs, hiring an offshore Virtual Assistant would be my first choice because they are cheaper and faster than most local VAs (I’m sure there are exceptions).
